About

Hello, and welcome.

I’m Wren, the heart behind Wildflowers & Wisdom.

I’m an aspiring author, a college student, a mom, a grandma, a collector of far too many houseplants, and above all, a woman learning to grow through every season life brings.

This little space was created from a love of quiet things:
morning light through the window, well-loved books, thoughtful conversations, prayerful moments, and the kind of wisdom that often arrives slowly and softly.

Like many people, I’ve learned that life rarely blooms in perfect rows. Sometimes growth looks wild and unexpected. Sometimes healing takes root beneath the surface long before anyone else can see it. Wildflowers understand this well.

That’s part of why this blog means so much to me.

Wildflowers & Wisdom is a place where I can share reflections on faith, life, creativity, growth, and the beauty hidden inside ordinary moments. It’s a gathering place for encouragement, gentle reminders, and the lessons God plants in our lives along the way.

When I’m not studying, writing, or chasing inspiration for future stories, you’ll probably find me:

  • tending to my ever-growing collection of houseplants 🌿
  • journaling with a cup of tea nearby
  • getting lost inside a bookstore
  • enjoying quiet moments with family
  • reflecting on faith and grace in everyday life

I believe wisdom often grows in the smallest places:
inside difficult seasons,
inside second chances,
inside prayers whispered quietly at the kitchen sink.

My hope is that this blog feels welcoming and peaceful. A place where readers can pause, breathe, and leave feeling encouraged.

Thank you for being here and walking this journey alongside me.

With warmth,

Wren 🌾
